[School name] isn’t the beginning of your story, but as begin this next chapter in it, 

May you find your place on campus,

Whether you are here for the first time 

Or experiencing a familiar place in a new way.

May you recognize where you’ve been:

Professors and classes that helped you find direction  

Moments both encouraging and challenging that have shaped who you are.

May you settle in,

Encouraged to live authentically,

Sharing your questions and your passions,

Your gifts and your growing edges. 

May you be open to where you will go

Whether your time here goes exactly as planned

Or has a few twists and turns 

Trusting that God and this community are with you along the way.
